Dexing copper mine under due to the low efficiency of railway transportation and limited field of pressure, has a large space narrow and traffic volume, technical operation links, etc. Long enterprise railway transportation scheduling work carry on the backward traditional practices, there is information sharing, scheduling problem such as lag, statistics is not accurate. Statistical personnel according to the records of shunter statistics, memory and experience of shunter and statistical staff rely heavily, as the task of railway transportation increasing, often appear shunter scheduling is not timely, statisticians often wrong problem. And simply apply to railway and other industrial enterprises as the research background of theory results become unworkable, so it is necessary to specially of dexing copper mine production management theory and method study of railway transportation, development and production data management system.This article in view of the particularity of dexing copper mine ore of railway transportation, on the basis of a brief introduction to the railway signal hardware tasks of run of mine ore transport railway on the demand analysis, of ore, ore operation, after operation, the ore discharging work carried out a process, through draw flowcharts straighten out the relationship between each other. According to the requirement analysis of system is divided into basic information management, production process management, production report, the basic data acquisition four big modules, and each module function design and implementation in detail. Overspeed alarm system design, through a red light alarm, frequency of alarm and manual intervention report for the unique characteristics of the system. System design goal is to build a platform for production process management and production report management platform, to realize the integrity of the production process management and report statistics, real-time and accuracy. In order to ensure smooth system network, the establishment of the independent optical fiber consisting of double redundancy ring joint network structure, at the same time will be2#,3#stand for centralized control to reduce operating personnel.
