With the rising number of Internet users in China, the growing popularity of intelligent machines, the way people access the Internet increasing, the threshold dwindling access to the Internet,"Internet","mobile Internet","e-commerce" concept has gained recognition for accepted by the public. Throughout the major domestic carriers, have been gradually increasing the intensity electron channel operations, China Unicom since2008began construction of national focus, a system architecture Unicom electronic channels has been achieved to show users Unicom enterprise information and image, and provide users with points inquiry calls, business acceptance, recharge payment, online customer service, e-commerce and other services. Currently China Unicom business into local refinement operation period, the initial orientation of business functions to achieve electronic channels system design limits the business. In a careful analysis of the target customer base communications and service needs, based on the effective integration of internal and external resources, to take the most effective ways of promotion, with the most reasonable price, provide the best products and services and improve service, and marketing of electronic channels Shandong Unicom capacity is an urgent need for the development of electronic channels to solve the problem.Through the planning and construction of the Shandong Unicom online self-service area, built in Shandong Unicom as the center and business support systems as the basis, the real benefits of the Internet to create a gift exchange platform. To establish Shandong Unicom gift exchange platform, focusing on e-commerce system to build a solid foundation for overall construction; make the gift exchange system as the Shandong Unicom outreach and external services to be reflected window function to enhance the external image of Shandong Unicom.In this thesis, completed the following aspects of work:1, needs analysis. Proposed construction of the overall goal of building the system, combing Shandong Unicom online self-service area needs, needs-based, and analysis system is mainly use cases, and then planning area in Shandong Unicom online self-service features and system functional modules.2, the system design. Focuses on system architecture design, design presentation layer, business logic design, data access layer design, database design.3, implementation, and deployment. Planning Shandong Unicom electronic channels system deployment, security, and data from, load balancing and system maintenance three aspects discussed.This paper proposed construction of the overall project objectives, through combing needs, demands the use case analysis, system architecture design, design presentation layer, business logic design, data access layer design, text processing subsystem design, database design, system code, system deployment planning and design, the final completion of system construction exposition.Systems use vs2008as a development tool, using mssql server2008database, using a layered architecture for system building. In the system design to the MVC pattern, areas such as the classic mode guidance, combined with its own rich design, development experience, with practical and easy to maintain for the target system design. System design does not only focus on the implementation of this system, taking into account the system upgrade and expand later, so in the design of a generic abstract design functionality into components, both to reduce the coupling system and upgrade the system reserves resources.Extensive use of mature component systems, the use of code generation tools and open source code online system set up, both to ensure the efficiency of system development and improve the system’s code quality.
