The automotive industry is entering a stage of rapid development at present andproviding products that meet the needs of market and customers as fast as possible, soit is necessary to build efficient network of sales and service.So far, the network of franchisers and facilitators have been initially built toprovide customers with convenient and abundant choice.With the development of themain business such as sales and services and so on, how to take advantage ofinformation technology to control these operations unified and integrate existingmultiple sales/service channels should be put on the agenda. It is necessary to usethese information to help companies integrate/refine existing marketing and servicesystem and provide strong support for the strategic objective of cars in the future.This thesis mainly refers to the application of the data communication betweenEJB component technology and data base provided by J2EE platform and XMLdocuments. Using XML data exchange technology on J2EE platform can improve theinclusivity and stability of the data supplied by different suppliers.For the development of Web application system, J2EE platform provides amulti-layered structure model of distributed enterprise applications. Many Webapplication framework based on MVC pattern is put forward in order to simplify theJ2EE application development, typically, Struts,WebWork, Spring,etc. At present,these Web application framework has some problems as followed: data interactionprocess between the layers of the system framework is more complex;the interactiveformat of data is not unified, which makes the learning cycle of these frameworklonger, especially for those projects with tight schedule requirements and is hard forthe developers to build application framework in a short period of time. Theseframeworks are focused on implementations of the server-side MVC pattern,whichhave little attention on the powerful client-side technologies such as JavaScript, HTML Components (HTC), XML data island (XML DSO), XMLHt tp and XSLT [2].Frequent server requests will cause users to refresh the page frequently when theyare carrying on business operation, which makes interactive experience deterioratebetween users and Web applications. XML has been widely used in various fields ofe-commerce, Web services since set standards by W3C in1998and provides technicalsupport for building multi-tier distributed systems with loosely coupled, language andplatform independent. But these application frameworks only stay in applying XMLas a Web application configuration file format, do not provide the development ofapplication program with more XML support.To solve the above problems, this thesis exploits a system of car sales andafter-sales service based on Web application framework of J2EE and XML technology,and justifies the use of the framework can help reduce the coupling between the layersof data and improve the development efficiency.J2EE platform mainly provides the following technicals: JZEE multi-tierarchitecture applications, EJB technology, related technical of JZEE supportingXML, XML parsing technology, the main application of J2EE/XML technology inplatform framework.J2EE is a distributed architecture for enterprise-class applications,which isintroduced by SUN firm.Different from traditional application programmingmodel,ZJEE system provides the design, development, assembly and enterprise-classapplications based on the thinking of component. J2EE provides the computing ofmulti-tier distributed enterprise with a complete set of technical and facilities,whichnot only inherits platform independent of Java language,but also combines componenttechnology.XML (extensible Markup Lanagues) has an outstanding performance in thecommunication between different systems as a text-based data format.In addition toconventional business functions, e-commerce systems must also establish interfaceswith other application systems, so that it can collect third-party resources and enhancethe system capacity.The advantage of XML is the simple data exchange and processing.In contrast,although the binary coding is efficient enough to save data, it is not easy to use,which means saving little content requires a considerable amount of bytes. While XMLdocument is relatively much smaller, it provides custom markup language. So XML isnot a language, but the tools of customized language. Data of XML document isself-describing, which makes it easy to understand the significance of the document.In view of the wide application of XML technology in network environment,many development platforms support XML technology. Sun’s J2EE platform providescomplete technological support, which makes it convenient to access XML documentsover J2EE platform.Using computer network to standardize the business processes of the Executivelayer of the field of marketing and after-sales service; provide standardized andefficient management information for management; provide support fordecision-making detailed, timely, accurately and effectively. Realize informationmanagement of logistics and cash flow. Realize vehicle sales, service, customerrelations, accessories plan, after-sales claims, procurement, supply, finance,warehouse management network and standardization. Establish a rational, smooth,standardized, efficient and quality service supply chain.Based on the understanding of the business needs in the bid of the Dayunautomotive marketing and after-sales service system, in addition to thecommunication we make to Dayun and combining with the experience of Yingfusiweiin the automotive industry, we proposed marketing and after-sales service systemshould consist the following modules after the further summarize of the overalldemand for the project:vehicle sales module, service module, spare part managementmodule.Through the implementation of the marketing and after-sales service system, ithelps Dayun vehicles establish vehicle sales and after-sales service business platformamong main engine plants, distributors,and pits.This system not only requires much in functionality, but involves a large amountof users.So the complete system needs high availability; At the same time, with thedevelopment of enterprises, the scalability of the system is also the main points.The system application based on a standard J2EE technology framework can share the same infrastructure, including storage, database systems, application servergroup and so on. Using B/S structure, the main engine plants can be accesseddirectly via the Intranet/Internet,while distributors access through the Internet. TheDMS system architecture of Yifusiwei is based on the currently popular B/Sstructure, which not only provides system support to meet functionality andperformance, but also considers high-reliability, high security and further scalabilityof the whole system.Use the selected J2EE platform to realize the platform framework layer, logiclayer and the back-end database. The adoption J2EE/XML technology specificprototype of the framework to build e-commerce platform.Achieving the data exchange by XML document mainly respects two aspects:firstly,the application system developers should maintain database first when they usethe framework of the e-commerce platform to develop practical e-commercesystem.When developers modify a table of the database in the foreground, they cannot only choose to save it into the specified database table,they can also choose tosave it into the specified XML document. In order to achieve this function, theplatform framework must define the document type of XML as Definition DTD. Thenuse the method of JPS accessing XML documents, save the contents of the XMLdocument. Secondly,business logic operation of EBJ components involve some of thedata needs to be saved as an XML document, such as orders, temporary financialstatements, information, etc.Platform framework mainly provides the function of creating an XML document.Compared JAXP with JDOM technology, the latter is easy to create an XMLdocument with a simple method, so we use JDOM. Here, build customers’ XMLdocument as an example. First provide the customer with DTD. Then use JDOMmethod to add customer information to clients’ XML document.The framework of the e-commerce platform is used to provide a platformframework,which can be used by developers to develop practical e-commerce systems.This thesis explains the overall structure of the platform framework and analyzes thefunctions of the logical layer in platform framework in detail, and completes platform framework structures combining with logic functions of J2EE/XML technology.This thesis based e-commerce platform in J2EE/XML framework comparingwith the existing e-commerce platform, has made significant progress in the followingareas:1.Contents based on the request of e-commerce applications aim to solve theproblems in current study;2.Meet the security requirements of cross-platform e-commerce applicationsbased on JZEE development platform;3.Using the data exchange technology of J2EE and XML makes convenient forflowing of software data, and increases the performance of the system drastically;4.Platform framework provides a certain component customizationfeatures,which has good effect on conducting application system flexibly.
