College Teachers Recruitment System Design Based on ASP.NET

High-qualified teacher team is an important part for universities, and the key toimprove the instruction quality of higher education. Nowadays, the situation faced byrecruitment in the universities is becoming increasingly complicated. The traditionalinformation processing method can’t satisfy the practical need of recruitment.Meanwhile, the recruitment software isn’t targeted.Aiming at this problem, this paper, with the background of university teachers’online recruitment system development and the core of modules in the current onlinerecruitment, is devoted to invent the management information system which is practical andsuitable for online recruitment in the universities. Applying the development technology ofinformation management system, university teachers’ online recruitment managementinformation system based on the combination of B/S and motility is designed and realizedwith the help of the integrating architecture. The difference between this system and theothers lies in the function module. The features of this system include extensibility andintegration. It can lay a good foundation for further development. The study andimplementation of this system greatly decrease the workload of the staff working fortalent recruitment in the universities, improve efficiency and significantly shortenemploy procedure of the interviewees, etc.This system has finished the following work during the development:1.Have analyzed the intricacies and disadvantages of the currentpersonnel recruitment, gained further insight into every process and put forwardfeasible management system of the personnel recruitment based on B/S modelaccording to the actual situations of personnel management in Chengdu University；2. Have provided more data for the development of this system, combining withpersonnel management of Chengdu University (particularly theinterrelated characteristic of it). With HR practices, the system requirement analysis, thedata stream module design, the feasibility analysis and the ultimate design objective areput forward. Finally, the methods used by the system—ASP and ADO.NET are fixed.3. Have fully emulated the popular system development software “ASP” anddatabase management software “SQL Server”, made a detailed analysis of data model ofthe system, looked into the internal relationship of various modules and finally completed system designer performance. Thus, the publication of online recruitmentinformation (involving position information, position requirements, etc), the onlinereview system (involving the heads of the colleges and departments log on, check, etc.),the role assignation of supervisor who logs on the system and the like are realized.4．Have finished a large quantity of data test before implement in order to promiseoperation reliability.
