Design and Implementation of Customer-Oriented Sales Process Managemept System

The process of sales process management system is produced to deal with the complexity and high degree of difficulty of the Group sales and then improve the efficiency, sales activities promote sales activity. The sales for group customers, mainly sales item, the most important and difficult of project sales management is the process of the management, and the management of the details. With the development and the maturation of the market, the business functions gradually developed into a regular customer visits from some simple business contacts, maintain the relations with customers, and discuss with the client about the project, the management of customer information and customer relationship, the management of business information, operations, project, contract information, and the instruction execution of the higher-ups, the completion of objectives in sales at the same time to find and capture new market opportunities, collect market information and feedback information and so on, the functions become richer and diverter. However, the performance measures and assessment project of the clerk is based on the results, apparently unable to comprehensive, accurate and reasonable judgment of the clerk’s job performance, and will not be able to effectively guide the clerk finished the number of works above-mentioned. At present,"all see the results "point of view was accepted by many people, mainly because of two reasons:the first one is that result reflected final activities; the second is lacking of tools to manage the sales process."All see the results" has large limitations, good results must from good process management, from Perfect detail because of good process management.In this paper, the author analyzes the system development background and domestic research, a brief introduction to the main technology used in the system and the main contributions. System requirements analysis explain detailed of each member needs through legends. On the design of system, author uses flowcharts and design analysis detailed of the system function. In realization part, system uses. NET development environment combined with the SQL Server database. In the concrete implement process, through this system, supervisor or leadership of the company can know the situation of sales items which clerk is doing at a glance and very easy to understand and master the entire progress of the project as well as the clerk for each key of public relations. The clerk also knows their current sales intuitively and leadership on the progress of each project instructions. Our system can bring greater convenience to the project sales management.We have developed the sales process management system, which is the tool to manage the sales process. Our system Located in the large customer projects focuses on the management of the process and details. In this paper, we researched the management of the sales process, and use the existing mature computer technology, communication and network technology and software programming techniques developed a sales process management system for Hebei Telecom. The main modules include:customer information management, daily activities management, project activity management, contract management, business case management. This system is in smooth use at present.
