Different characteristics for the new direct-drive motor , and intelligent, automated detection and control system requirements, study the detection and control system of the new direct-drive motor . The virtual instrument is a product of the computer technology, modern testing techniques and electronic instrument technology development , is a novel , promising measuring instruments . Detection and control of direct-drive motor system Labview software platform , combined with the hardware detection and control the motor running , such as data acquisition , online measurement and control , fault diagnosis , display and storage . In this paper, the following three direct-drive motor designed to detect and control systems . (1) The new composite three-dimensional permanent magnet motor is a novel permanent magnet synchronous motor , it outer rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor rotary disc permanent magnet synchronous motors combine to make full use of the motor internal space , improve electromagnetic motor torque to volume ratio. The main control unit for its low speed and high torque , frequency control and other features to the PC using NI's PCI-6221 data acquisition card and closed-loop Hall current , voltage sensor , Labview software development platform , design and implementation the new three-dimensional permanent magnet motor detection system , and achieve the real-time detection of voltage , current , tension and failure analysis . (2) linear motor rail traffic in the test line , the special three-phase linear asynchronous motor detection control method . PC, control unit, using NI's PCI-6229 data acquisition card and LabVIEW as software development platform designed three-phase linear asynchronous motor detection control system . And design of the power supply system of the test line , using induction motor speed sensorless DTC-SVM - based control strategy . The output voltage of the power supply system can adjust the induction motor speed and magnetizing current stable . (3) linear motors logistics line using linear motor drive , controlled by the logic controller . Because it does not require the intermediate transmission means , and thus to be significantly superior in the performance of the mechanical wear and noise logistics transmission system driven by a conventional rotary motor . The system uses AC chopping control voltage regulation technology , and the system speed and location of the test method .
