Design and Implementation of BPM-based Student Financial Assistance Management System

With the rapid development of computer and Internet technology, the design pattern of BPM (Business Process Management) is also increasing in all areas of society in the process of utilization of information technology. Its technical advantage can also improve the efficiency of school management. The work of Student Financial Assistance is becoming one of focus the school management with the improvement of student information technology. The funding process of traditional management mode is not clear and uncontrollable. We design and develop the Student Financial Assistance Management system using the advanced BPM to manage the student financial assistance, which is becoming the focus work of the school Information construction.This paper brief overviews the development of student financial assistance policy, and summarize the problems of the traditional management model. We use the BPM design pattern to establish effective assistance policy management system. The assistance management system development is divided into three parts based on the system requirements and business process analysis,:the business process modeling, information database design and user interface. System uses the J2EE framework architecture with B/S structure, and monitors a variety of input keywords and SQL keywords. It ensures information security of the database, and the information changes promptly. The whole BPM subsidy management system requires the graphical design environment, financing and monitoring process management, BPM engine, users running the environment and the underlying EAI platform of various resources. BPM funding system will be modular management based on SOA framework. The different modules will contact by the interfaces and protocols. The system is roughly divided into three layers:BPM services layer, which mainly to achieve business rules and logic; flow control layer, which create, manage and maintain all business; application presentation layer, which shows the application to users according to actual needs.System is visualization and standardized with a clear process and easy to operate. We tested the system. It is stable and reliable, which better assists the student finance management work of school.
