Examination for candidates’ knowledge and ability level is the mainmeasurement method, it needs to make comprehensive use of educationalmeasurement, psychometric, educational statistics and computer science and otherdisciplines of knowledge, scientific, objective and fair design examination questions.The existing database management system are not unified standard format, testresource cannot be shared effectively, automatic test function is not perfect, can noteffectively in the process of teaching play its due role, therefore the existing databaseresources for effective management, to study the better test method has importantsignificance.This paper firstly analyzes the development status of item bank system, and thenbased on the examination of the actual needs of the design of the system developmentand the plan structure, was constructed based on Web genetic algorithm was appliedto test paper generation system, achieve test management, test generation, elementmanagement and examination paper. One of the fifth parts of the automatic generatingtest paper algorithm are introduced in detail. From the papers quality needs, in aplurality of test conditions on the basis of the analysis, use genetic algorithm tomulti-objective parameter optimization and intelligent search capability and strongfeatures, for method of test papers. Through the analysis of the existing test papermodel characteristics and shortcomings, to meet the test structure, test scores, itemexposure degree, designed the difficulty distribution ratio and coverage as the goal,time and test reliability as the restriction condition test model; and by adopting themethod of penalty function will have the constrained problem into the unconstrainedproblem for infeasible solution, increase the penalty, so as to maintain the populationdiversity. The sixth part of the system development environment for the layout, andthe key technology of the system difficult points: examination of the batch, testrepeatability of detection and the security of the system were designed and realized;finally sums up the subject, and the subject of the follow-up analysis.Through the operation of the system, the system has a certain universality,scalability and security, better able to meet the complex requirements, contribute to the realization of examination paper quality control, improve teaching efficiency,carrying out the separation of teaching and testing.
