With the rapid development of power electronics technology , a variety of power electronic devices on the grid harmonics generated increasingly serious harm . Henan Zhongfu combined company 300kA grade aluminum supply grid , systematic study of the properties of electrolytic rectifier for harmonic , harmonic motion detection method designed for aluminum electrolytic rectifier harmonic monitoring and early warning system for the electrolytic power supply network management and fault -line harmonics warning foundation. First introduced Zhongfu 300kA smelter grade rectified the basic conditions for the power grid , including the main power grid harmonic source , the generated harmonics harmonics on the production characteristics and the harm caused . Zhongfu 300kA rectification system for harmonics were analyzed , according to results of the analysis adopted targeted harmonic control method . Combined electrolytic rectifier for grid harmonic characteristics , we propose a modified adaptive filter based on dynamic harmonic detection method was established for the grid rectifier transformers, transmission lines, filtering devices and high-voltage grid harmonic model ; and analyzed a series resonant , parallel resonant warning model ; as a basis to study the harmonic ratio , phase unbalance and overload warning model . Based on Harmonic Analysis constructed large aluminum electrolytic rectifier for grid failure prediction model . Developed harmonic detection and early warning systems , and applied electrolytic rectifier power supply network , the actual application shows the developed system can achieve power rectifier for real-time monitoring of all the harmonics and fault warning for harmonic compensation for the rectifier and governance and provides the basis for failure prediction , can significantly reduce the incidence of failure .
