The university’s personnel management system includes basic information (file) management module, text module, data statistics and query module, information maintenance module, several major modules, users can complete systems management, information management staff, department management, payroll management and job exchange management and other personnel management. System by configure two different permissions log states:one is the administrator login, the system can be increased in all the information, modify, query and delete operations; the other is the faculty user is logged into the system can check The basic personal information and password modify operation. System is fully functional, safe, good flexibility, and practical. Can make the personnel department managers from the past, complex, tedious routine work, freeing the staff to provide simple, efficient network of information services for school leaders and relevant departments to information, analysis and decision support for school personnel management and personnel training to provide effective information services, to modernize management and scientific decision-making.This paper describes the system development process. Including design and planning, system architecture, database design, system functions and system analysis of the detailed design of each functional module and part of the core code, and make the system functional tests and concluded.
