With the rapid development of market-oriented reforms of the electricity systemand computer management information technology, power equipment managementinformation system facing the market environment has changed dramatically. In order tomeet the market demand under the new situation, Huaneng Hainan Power equipmentmanagement information system need to change the development mode, includingreform and change management ideas of the original management mode, so thatcontinuously improve the efficiency of power plant production. Building managementplatform system and implementing fully the enterprise information construction is animportant way.In this thesis, according to the Huaneng Hainan Power Equipment ManagementSystem’s particular case and general power equipment management information systemdevelopment projects, meanwhile coupled with the depth and meticulous research andthe use of the concept of software engineering to analysis and design platform systems,which is based on independent function module development way.First, this thesis introduces the topic background of the subject, which brieflyrepresents about the research and development status of management informationsystems at home and abroad. Second, this thesis introduces the choice of the systemdevelopment tools. Then, this thesis tells about t equipment management informationsystem’s analysis and design. Again, it is the management system implementation andtesting of the platform. Finally, a summary and in accordance with the proposedconstruction of future power enterprise information management trends probably powerequipment management information system for the construction of the status quo.
