The mobile Internet has penetrated into every aspect of people’s lives,whichranges from mobile social networking, mobile game, mobile music, mobile paymentand mobile advertising, ect. Mobile Internet changes the way people live and interact.As the upgrade of network technology and popularity of mobile devices, mobilevideo has draw more attention of the young fashion people.Mobile video is transmited to mobile terminal via Streaming Media Technology.It consists of television program produced by professionals and the original UserGenerated Content (UGC) which maily been researched into by This paper. Thetypical products are Viddy, Socialcam, Vine, Youku Paike, Qpai, Daka and Weiku, etc.Based on the Harold Lasswell method, this paper does research in informationdissemination, video community and interactive mode. In order to improve theefficiency of transmission, each user can participate in video re-editing, pictureextraction to increasing redundancy information of videos, which can help toovercome the problems of transmitting an entropic message. To balance privacyprotection and self-disclosure, two parts has been designed, that is friend and square.The friend part means to develop network social community of strong ties. Thesquare part is to expand weak ties between people. Youku Paike applies the way ofshaking phones to share videos. Thus to implement online and offline interaction anddraw in more potential users.As construction of the integration of three networks and4G, the market demandfor video services is expanding. The multi-screen interactive and new glasses-free-3Dtechnology brings new challenges and chances to video applications.This paper analyzes the transmission mode of mobile UGC video applicationsbased on Communication Theory and Interaction principles. Then put forward theproduct development strategy of divert trust of real live. What’s more, this paperpoints out three core elements to optimize mobile video UGC’s user experience, thatis building video community, personalizing the upload experience and creatinginteractive video viewing experience which appied on the design of Youku Paike toprovide references on mobile UGC video application design to video operators.
