With the sustainable development of Chinese Economy, there is an increasing demand of Electricity and Thermal Power. Accordingly, the output of fly coal ash has increased enormously. As the output of fly coal ash has increased enormously, Aerated concrete become one kind of new wall materials which developed in this situation. With the sustainable development of Chinese Economy, there is an increasing demand of Aerated concrete, the production and application of Aerated concrete develops faster. So the R&D of independent intellectual property rights, reliable operation, cost-effective and energy saving Aerated concrete production line equipment is of great significance.In this paper, the Aerated concrete production line with annual output300,000tons is taken as the object of study, on the basis of industrial field network, human-machine interface, intelligent control, and remote monitoring&maintenance techniques etc, are made use of. Then, a control system is designed mainly on the foundation of the network model which including Field equipment layer, Press monitoring and control layer, corporate management and remote monitoring&fault diagnosis layer. In this control system, the upper machine uses the monitoring and control system based on MCGS configuration software. The lower machine uses SIMATIC PLC as system controller. PROFIBUS works as data communication.According to the automatic weighing accuracy problem, the paper presented the double closed loop ratio control system to improve batching accuracy. In addition, this paper has also designed a temperature control system based on PID. It has improved the precision of temperature significantly. According to the fault diagnosis of Aerated concrete, this paper has designed a module of remote monitoring&fault diagnosis.On-site commissioning and operation shows that the design of Aerated concrete production line control system meets with the technical control requirement of producing Aerated concrete in the paper. In a word, a solid foundation is laid for company’s mass production.
