With the development of computer technology, information technology, detection technology and automatic control theory, Traditional breeding patterns gradually is not suitable for the requirements of the development of modern animal husbandry production.China’s animal husbandry equipment automation process is not high. In response to this situation, the MCU microcontroller automatic water supply control system is developed. It has a very broad application prospects.Above all, the paper expatiates the hardware design of automatic water supply control system. The following parts are expounded in the paper:the design of ion-exchange column and thermostats as well as the design of UV sterilization controller, the segmented constant pressure water tower was designed. At the same time, explored the the13X zeolite ion adsorption rate and UV sterilization test, triac drive circuit was designed.Secondly, the inductance level sensors, capacitive differential pressure sensor and magnetic turbine flow sensor was studied. In order to analyze the sensor frequency domain characteristics, sensor mathematical model was established. The system parameters and the optimal excitation frequency was determined. The factors that affect the accuracy of the sensor was studied, at the same time, the solution was given. The magnetic turbine flowmeter flow characteristics were studied, developed a magnetic measuring circuit.Finally, the paper describes the farms automatic water supply control system design. The design of the digital signal processor (MCU),data acquisition circuit motor drive circuit and PC communications circuits has been described. The digital signal processor (MCU),data acquisition circuit,motor drive circuit and PC communications circuits was designed. Digital PID controller was designed according to the characteristics of temperature changes. PID controller software process was given.
