An efficient clarification process device is integrated process equipment which contains mixing, flocculation, sedimentation, sludge treatment and reflux of water treatment process. This device can realize automatic and intelligent control, which ensures the latest development in requirements of the efficient and reliable to the effectiveness of sewage treatment process. From the control requirements of the sewage treatment, combined with PLC control system, frequency control as well as configuration software’s technology, the equipment of the efficient clarification process is studied.Firstly, according to the analysis of its control requirements, the reasonable control scheme should be designed and the technology of PLC combined with frequency control for the automatic control of the sewage treatment should also be proposed. Configuration software the design of PC monitoring system, the automatic sewage’s control scheme of combined with centralized and local control is accomplished by using the technology of fleldbus. Choose the model of PLC, CPU, I/O, and inverter as well as touch screen, after the overall scheme is determined.Secondly, complete the design of electrical control and software control from the part of hardware and software, respectively. The design of the electrical control system includes three parts:the design of the main circuit, the inverter’s circuit and the external wiring of PLC. In the software control system, the reasonable control scheme should be designed and the process flow diagram should also be compiled, the automatically control and analog quantity acquisition as well as the analog quantity’s PID control are completed by using the language of PLC. According to the design requirements of the human-computer interface, the configuration software’s MCGS is used to realize the PC monitoring system, to complete the PC’S data display, alarm display, remote control, report output, etc.After the completion of the hardware and software, we build the control cabinet; complete the wiring of electrical components, electrical test and the modification of programs. At last, achieve the desired requirements of sewage treatment control.The research of the efficient clarification process device can improve the water treatment’s process, accomplish resources’conservation, high processing efficiency, high water quality, low cost of water, and greatly enhance the intelligent circulating high-efficiency clarifier process and equipment in the international market competitiveness.
