Desigen of Weighing Controller Based on LAN

Today, the society has achieved a certain degree of information technology. At the same time industrial automation and modernization of management also got bigger development.Dynamic weighing system has been rapid development. With the new technology and new theory, the development of new intelligent weighing control system is the inevitable trend.First of all,the paper describes the concept of dynamic weighing,the development of weighing system,the development status at home and abroad about weighing system and the reality significance of LAN-based weighing controller from the perspective of the internet of things. On this basis,the paper put an overall design of a certain degree of widespread availability with the technology of embedded internet,which benefits improving the traditional weighing controller and makes them work with network. In order to design a kind of system as a general network terminal, the design of network capility is based on simple,open source and free of charge.Secondly, because of taking the customization into account,it must be easy to modify,delete and upgrade programs.In the software design, Operating system with a real-time multitasking kernel which can be deprived not only bears more weighing tasks, but also has good real-time performance. At the same time, using the light wight network protocol can provide local area network protocol under the stable network communication. In the design of the application, it is easy to realize the function with the modulation of software design. The system has also programmed a kind of simple PC software to provide for the management of the system management and data transmission.In the hardware design, the analog-to-digital converter suitable for weighing, the pin less network control chip, the ARM7TDMI core controller and other ICs are taken to achieve stable network performance requirements.In the design process of hardware and software, the anti-jamming design is taken to improve the stability and reliability of weighing controller. The EMC design is adopted in the hardware design. The digital filtering algorithm is designed in the software design.Finally, through analyzing and processing the experimental data in the scene,it has confirmed system’s feasibility and thus completed the weighing controller system with a certain accuracy of the data acquisition and the communication abily in the stable network environment.
