With the development of feed industry, people’s demand on feed production equipment and processing technology become higher and higher. This dissertation studies the step response curve of heat exchanging system, calculated the mathematical model, and then put forward fuzzy PID control strategy. Meanwhile, to solve problems like low efficiency and low quality of expanded feed, this dissertation used CFD software FLUENT to do numerically simulation and put forward four optimization scheme. The main content of this dissertation is as below:Chapter1introduces the topic background and research significance, then introduces the feed processing technology and the research status at home and abroad and finally gives the structure of this dissertation.Chapter2studies the step response curve of heat exchanging system, calculates the mathematical model, discusses PID control, fuzzy control and fuzzy PID control, compares their advantages and limitations, and finally determines to use fuzzy PID control. Then this chaper uses PID control and fuzzy PID control to do simulation experiment, proves that fuzzy PID control can not only solve the contradiction between accuracy and stability, but also can enhance the adaptability of uncertainty.Chapter3introduces the structure and working principle of the dryer, puts forward the mathematical model and finally determines the flow control equations and boundary conditions.Chapter4uses CFD software FLUENT to do numerically simulation. In view of the existing problems and causes, this dissertation put forward four optimization scheme and does numerically simulation.Chapter5reviews the work of this dissertation, and gives the prospect of future work.
