Development and research about data acquisition system is an important part of the test bench. The data acquisition technique currently based on the virtual instrument is more and more widely used in testing and control industry. The hardware device is to design or choose a suitable one, and software operating system is designed to provide function including data acquisition, data display and data storage.And the DAQ (data acquisition system) system is based on a multi-axis vehicle overall performance, with many channels and a total high sample rate. So it deserves to be discussed and researched about choosing a suitable pre-processing way, that’s how to is better organize data and file type with real-time data acquisition and display data and curve.Based on the analysis of the virtual instrument and data acquisition system at home and abroad, combined with need of the100-channel DAQ system about a project, considered the difference between this DAQ system and other with less channels and low requirement about real-time processing, also combined with large data and high real-time processing requirement in developing, which were summerized as pre-processing problem.This thesis proposed timing distribution and emphasized to discuss several software performance indicators, including whether the real-time data and curve displaying is fluent, increasing rate of file size per unit and the effect towards the CPU rate of writing and reading operation on the hard disk. Then according to the proposed four basic data pre-processing ways and several performance indicators with test and analysis, this thesis found a available way of pre-processing way for whatever the condition of the DAQ system. What’s more, it provided a suitable pre-pocessing way to large-channel DAQ system.
