The embedded data acquisition technologies design method and realization method inapplying to industry field is discussed in the dissertation.The embedded data acquisition andrecording system, which is based on32-bit ARM9MPU S3C2410, includes A/D, LCD, keysand storage, etc.Using embedded Linux as design platform, Qt as design tool and object-orientedtechnology can be used in the paper,construction of embedded software in Embedded LinuxSystem, which include the build of cross-compiling setting, the reduction and implanting ofLinux kernel, Boot loader program and embedded file system transplants. Combining thecharacteristics of the hardware and software develop platform, the device driver andapplication program has compiled. The device realized system functions calling andapplication program easy to design. For the sake of enhancing the manipulation and control,the application program has been compiled. The real-time data displayed on LCD can bestored in Nand Flash as the form of data file and also can be stored into USB disk whennecessary. BOA network server and CGI script program are replanted in the embedded Linuxoperating system, thus device has the function of dynamic Web controlling. It is possible tocontrol devices from industrial process under the browser of PC through network at anymoment.A simulation test environment was established on the Linux Operating System, and thefunction of system was tested in the environment, which reached the anticipated result. Byreal test, embedded data acquisition system has the characteristics of real time and reliabilityrequired by the project in addition to graphic user interface that simplifies usage of the systemand is an effective solution to reliable real time data acquisition.
