The Establishment of Food Safety Management System on Enterprise Production Process

The issue of food safety has become a major question that happened constantly frequent, concerned by social community and resolutely controlled by government departments in recent years. Food safety issues not only brings to the problem of corporate of reputation economic impact, more importantly, its serious harm to human health, so the establishment of a sound that contains food standards system, inspection and testing, and risk monitoring a food safety management system is particularly important.This paper studies the use in the production and processing of food safety management system, and the method of combining the use of total quality management theory and the HACCP system to build the system. Total Quality Management is a management process, management thinking, management strategies; HACCP system is stressed that the key point in the whole process. The overall situation, systematic process of our total quality management methods to manage the HACCP system to prevent and control major threat to the existence of the focused link, set the quality control point, a combination of both, so this part of the food production and processing mediator quality and quantity, and consumer satisfaction. Seriously study this paper on the basis of the analytic hierarchy process method, through empirical investigation to analyze the relationship of each index, developed evaluation model for the entire system, so it can continue to evaluate this system, the formation of a dynamic process.
