With the rapid economic developments and the process of globalization accelerates, the independence of enterprises is weakened, and to a greater extent, the enterprise is one of the supply chain. Chain members cooperate and interact with each others, and any changes may impact on the enterprise. Therefore, the uncertainty of the internal and external environment faced by the enterprise is more and more complex. The market demand and the market price of products and materials are variable and unpredictable. So it’s a challenge and an opportunity for the enterprise that provide higher quality products and services with lower cost and faster speed.Profit maximization is one goal of supply chain management. So, profit maximization of manufacturers and suppliers and the equilibrium of suppliers’ deliveries and manufacturers’ order quantity are considered as operational objectives in the multi-objective supply chain decision-making model of this paper. However, consumers pay more attention to quality of products and diversification of demand today. If companies want to reach the goal of profit maximization, they have to make a good job of supply chain quality factors, including the control of quality inspection and quality levels. Only with high-quality products can customers be attracted, and then products can convert into profit.The paper researches a supply chain consisting of a manufacturer, a supplier and customers. And establish the supply chain decision-making model under certainty situation considering the quality factors of supply chain. In the model, we consider three objectives of supply chain at the same time. They are the balance of supply chain, the profit of manufacturers and the profit of suppliers. Then integrate the three objectives model into a single-target model, and give the best decision of supply chain by simulating and calculating an example. Meanwhile, the paper also establish supply chain decision-making model under the supply and demand price uncertainty, the products demand uncertainty and quality parameters uncertainty. Then use the interval analysis and scenario analysis method of robust optimization to analyze the model. Finally, compare the simulation results of uncertain scenario and certain scenario, and prove the model and the solution of supply chain under uncertain environment are robust.
