As a part of warehousing and a key link of warehouse management, storage business unit is an important part of planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling, making full use of storage resources to provide efficient warehousing services in warehouse management institutions.In response to the State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau "One Project", the finished cigarette logistics warehouse-the DZ warehouse of Tobacco industry enterprises uses bar codes (BAR CODE) and RF (FRID) to improve the efficiency effectively and realize the digitized warehouse management. Logistics systems and logistics information system has formed a preliminary scale. However, storage areas still require higher human intervention, which has a larger optimization space. Mainly reason is lack of reasonable and effective planning of the storage area and the finished smoke circulation in warehouse strategy.This thesis take DZ storage area planning as the core content to expand the research. Make a comprehensive explanation on several typical experience of enterprise application storage planning and current popular storage planning methods. According to DZ warehouse storage status, I do a comprehensive and systematic analysis. From the DZ warehouse device, I identify the bottleneck. ABC/FMR method help to determine the finished tobacco products regulatory classification.The results show that the model resolves the DZ warehouse storage area planning, effectively improve the efficiency of the storage device, reasonably allocate the balance of the DZ warehouse stored on each floor. By adjusting the storage layout, it is convenient for a-stock regulatory select job, reduce the transport distance of the warehouse, especially related goods regulations setting, reduce circuitous transport, shorten the DZ Storehouse response time and complete DZ floors warehouse storage planning target.
