Therefore, the immediate problem thatthe enterprise is facing is to making effective marketing strategies. On the basis of fullinvestigation and study, finding out the existing problems in the company’s marketingstrategies. This article through to our country real estate market development presentsituation of generalizations, to the blue sky company environment is analyzed. Finally,owing to enterprise’s internal resources are powerful guarantees of implementation ofmarketing strategy, therefore, this essay achieves the implementation of the enterprisemarketing strategy more effectively through the safeguard of enterprise humanresources and construction of fund raise security system.
