The real estate industry in the national economic development plays an important role. The development of the real estate market not only relates the national economy global, more in relation to the social stability. Ensure healthy development of the real estate market is the important way to realize live and work in peace and contentment. Land is the real estate development and construction of source, the land supply is the base and key of the real estate market, is the national real estate market macroeconomic regulation and control to the starting point. After nearly10years of land supply system reform, our country gradually formed the government and market dual regulation of urban land market. Government departments through the land transfer plan, channel, mode and method for the scientific adjustment, optimization of urban land allocation of resources, and to realize the sustainable use of land. At the same time, combined with the role of the market, the security of urban land market supply and demand balance, and then promote the health of the real estate market operation.This paper uses the literature material method, statistical analysis, empirical approach and research methods, combined with market supply and demand theory, public product theory of economics and management theory, in order to LouDiShi for empirical research object, in this paper the concept of land supply and land supply common form, on the basis of deep analysis of land supply for the influence of the real estate market. At the same time, aiming at the problems of LouDiShi land supply management, and puts forward the corresponding solution countermeasures, with the aim of constructing land supply and the coordinated development of the real estate market mechanism to promote LouDiShi land market and real estate market coordination, orderly and healthy development. This paper holds that:land supply is the base and key of the real estate market, to ensure the stability of the real estate industry in an orderly way, we must strengthen the management of land supply. And to participate in land policy in macroeconomic regulation and control is the special circumstances of the major management innovation. Land supply for the real estate market influence is bigger, the interaction mechanism between. Land supply, land supply mode, land supply mechanism, the plan of land supply, etc will be on real estate product structure produce corresponding influence, land price and house prices causality between each other. The real estate market and the land market are special commodities, both by supply and demand theory, the influence of land price and the housing price in certain she range fluctuates up and down, until the supply and demand balance to achieve the ideal state. In this process, the government management departments through the land supply policy to the macroeconomic regulation and control real estate market, the land market and the real estate field to realize the coordinated development of the market.
