Staff motivation is the core and the eternal subject of enterprise management , the real motivation is to make people recognized the business development’s goals from the inner,and efficient complete the tasks to allocated by organization, and actively create a harmonious interpersonal relationship for enterprise.In addition to the existence of a written, formal economical contracts between employees and enterprises,there is a psychological bond, that is,psychological contract.It refers to the belief systems about individual responsibilities and obligation between employees and organization, reflect the staff’s expectations and needs from the heart.Building a good psychological contract will help to stimulate employee’s enthusiasm and improve satisfaction, enhance the motivation effect.This paper based on the study of the psychological contract theory and motivation theory , combines the actual situation of the Arrows software development company, and through the way of questionnaire to analyse the status of staff motivation mainly to analyse the motivation question and the influence issue of employee motivation in Arrows software development company.Finally, based on the Arrows software development company’s employee incentive problems elaborated in Chapter 3 , focusing on building the employee incentive system and strategic analysis based the angle of psychological contract for Arrows software development company: including the construction of the principle and the model of employees incentive system. and on this basis, we puts forward the appropriate staff motivation strategies.
