Analysis of the Relationship between Innovation Cluster and Entrepreneurial Activity

With the development of theory and the research on entrepreneurship and innovation cluster as the background, this paper analysis the relationship between innovation cluster and entrepreneurship. Innovation cluster plays a crucial role on entrepreneurs’self-improvement, entrepreneurial opportunity, and entrepreneurial resource control; reduce the cost of enterprise and knowledge spillovers. This paper also presents that entrepreneurial activities are through specialization, upgrading and complementary cooperation and further promote the cluster development.From the new point of view, this paper constructing the model of the relationship between innovation cluster and entrepreneurial, further to demonstrate the standpoint that innovation cluster and entrepreneurial activities are integration and promotion mutually. In this model, the three main characteristics of innovation cluster for clustering, correlation and complementarities, it works effectively various entrepreneurial conduction and positive impact on entrepreneurial activities and this effect in turn help enhance the overall competitiveness of cluster innovation. This provides a new way and application tool for enterprises to carry out entrepreneurial activities.On the basis of investigation and research, and though statistics contrast related conditions of the Hangzhou, Ningbo, Suzhou three innovation clusters development, we found the reason why the evaluation of innovation clusters in Hangzhou in all aspects higher than the other two regions, this will provide reference for the development of innovation clusters, enhance regional economic competitiveness to the other regions.
