The New Institutional Economics Research of Financial Ecological Environment in Xinjiang

Financial ecological environment is the external basic conditions of the financialoperation, including the four sub-environment system, such as the environment of economicbasis, governmental governance environment, institutional and cultural environment and levelof financial development. From the perspective of New Institutional Economics, Xinjiangfinance ecological environment is essentially a collection of system. Therefore, the use of thenew institutional economics theory to study the financial ecological environment in Xinjiangis slightly novelty.Though analysis of financial ecological environment in Xinjiang, we can see that it hasweak economic base, strong color of government intervention, the lower level of institutionalculture and financial development level. Based on the previous analysis, the paper concludeswith a series of institutional arrangements, and that the coordination of economic institutionalchange and improvement the principal-agent system, and strengthening of the relevant lawsand regulations and a sound credit system are effective measures to improve the financialecological environment in Xinjiang.The paper consists of five parts:The first part contains the research background and significance of the research reviewand research methods, laying the groundwork for full-text analysis.The second part is the theoretical basis of this article focuses on the basic assumptionsand theoretical core of the new institutional economics.The third part mainly analyzes the present situation of Xinjiang financial ecologicalenvironment, and summarizes their characteristics and problems.The fourth part analyzes the characteristics and problems of the financial ecologicalenvironment in Xinjiang through new institutional economics, and excavates deep reasons.The fifth part of the measures in this article, mainly combined with the earlier analysisand put forward a series of institutional arrangements to improve the financial ecologicalenvironment in Xinjiang.
