Due to the humanities, geography, history, the following factors, resulting in XPCC small and medium-sized enterprise human resources development has a unique feature and difficulty.This article elaborates expatiates the background and meaning, and the research situation, list this topic research contents and research route to small and medium enterprises, and related theory, human capital theory, human resources development related theory research.Then the analysis the current situation of human resource corps of small and medium-sized enterprise development and the status quo, on the basis of analysis of the status of small and medium-sized enterprises find corps human resources development problems and choose a regiment be representative of the small and medium-sized enterprises empirical analysis.Finally the reference of foreign and Chinese east advanced experience, combining the actual corps, separately from the individual development, professional development, organization development and culture development four aspects to corps of small and medium-sized enterprises are studied, and human resource development for corps sme human resources development to provide the corresponding countermeasures.
