Study on the Project Management Ability Evaluation Model Building of the Manufacturing Enterprise and Being Applied

The main purpose of this paper is to construct the evaluation index and evaluationsystem of the project management capability of manufacturing enterprises, use thestructural equation method to fit and modify the model, and according to the assessmentresults to analyze the contribution degree which the evaluation index made to improve theability of project management of manufacturing enterprises.According to thecharacteristics of the subject, this paper uses the AMOS software and SPSS data analysistools, and adopts the combination research method of qualitative analysis and quantitativeanalysis, empirical analysis and normative analysis.Firstly, the paper defines the concept of enterprise project management and enterpriseproject management capability, analyzes the different between the enterprise projectmanagement ability and general project management ability, and the different views of theacademic and business,discusses the advantages and disadvantages of three evaluationsubject as enterprise itself, the client of project and a third party,and sets the evaluationstandards from three aspects as elements, function and efficiency.The paper introduces thecontent of the manufacturing enterprise project management, and analyzes thecharacteristics of the manufacturing enterprise project management and the value ofexistence.Through the domestic and international comparative analysis of the developmentprocess, development degree and the study degree for ability on the project management,this paper thinks that our country enterprise project management development andresearch level lags behind that of developed countries, and the Research on enterpriseproject management capability in China should be deepened.Secondly, according to the three evaluation assumptions and the five principle ofevaluation index selection, the paper establishes the project management evaluationsystem and the project management ability structure equation model of the manufacturingenterprise. According to common characteristics which the core competencies of theenterprise project management had,this paper selectes and elaborates in detail the fivefirst-level indicators and each secondary index which constitute the evaluation system ofproject management capability of manufacturing enterprises,and the five first-level indicators including the fit degree of project management and enterprise strategic,execution of project management, information management ability of project management,the applied degree the methods and tools of project management, comprehensive supportability of project management.Thirdly, through the SEM model to evaluate manufacturing enterprise projectmanagement ability,according to the results of SEM evaluation, the influence degree of themanufacturing enterprise project management capability from high to low in order forstrategic management, executive force, support force, tools and methods and informationmanagement.According to the results of these five indicators in the evaluation of structuralequation model, the paper carries on the analysis to the correlation coefficient of eachinfluence variables, and integrates the influence degree of each variable for manufacturingenterprise project management capability. According to the ranking results that the resultsof the evaluation in the level indicators and two indicators, combined with thecharacteristics of the five major influence factors, this article analyzes the connotation ofeach index in the evaluation results, and puts forward the related countermeasure proposal.Finally, taking Qinhuangdao Tonglian Company and Tangshan Sanjiang chemicalindustry enterprise as the example to do empirical analysis, establish the projectmanagement capability Structural equation modelof of the enterprise,and put forward thecorresponding countermeasures and suggestions which according to the results. Throughthe comparative analysis of evaluation results of two kinds of enterprises, this paperconsiders the evaluation results under large sample tend to reflect the ability level ofproject management of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.
