Hollysys company as a domestic large company of distributed controlsystem is facing opportunities coexist with the crisis situation at this stage. Withthe deepening of the implementation of the automation industry, distributedcontrol system as automatic control becomes more and more important in theentire automated business system. The introduction of " Decision of the StateCouncil on Accelerating the Cultivation and Development of StrategicEmerging Industries " has provided new opportunity for development ofdistributed control system in2010. Meanwhile, with the rapid development offoreign automation, the concept of automatic control is changing, thedevelopment of the distributed control system has entered a bottleneck period.the main problem is the foreign influx of distributed control systems, more andmore powerful strength of alternative products and competitors, more and moredifficult market development and so on. How to seize the opportunity, solvecrisis and maintain the company’s core competence is the key issues fordistributed control system development of Hollysys company.Therefore, this dissertation uses theories of the enterprise strategicmanagement, marketing and human resources management to study thedevelopment strategy and implementation tactics. Based on the research reviewof the distributed control system development and enterprise strategicmanagement study, it analyzes the development status of distributed controlsystem of Hollysys company from three aspects of the macro environment,industry environment and internal conditions. This dissertation analyzes thestrengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the distributed controlsystem development using the SWOT method, formulates the development strategy, and puts forward the sales tactics and product tactics. Finally, it givescountermeasures to promote the development of the distributed control systemof Hollysys company from the talent introduction system, R&D investmentand after-sales service system.The research results of this dissertation is to hope for the futuredevelopment of the company to determine the direction, make the companygoing out of business now, and keep the high-speed development in thecompetitive market environment with a new marketing strategy.
