With the continuous development and growth of China’s telecommunications industry,mobile phone sales competition intensified, handset manufacturers constantly shift to flatsales model is a highly profitable, and to minimize the intermediate links, abandoned agents.Development and implementation of the development strategy of ZY CommunicationsServices Company Heilongjiang Branch, to explore survival mode, and sharpen theircompetitive edge in the competitive market environment of guiding significance for theenterprise.The paper first analyzes the ZY communications services company, HeilongjiangBranch of the environment, the use of PETS analytical methods, with Porter’s five forcesanalysis model, and conducted in-depth analysis of the external environment of thecommunications industry. Combined with SWOT analysis, and dig out the strengths andweaknesses of the existing problems and causes, and to develop the overall developmentstrategy of the ZY communications services company, Heilongjiang Branch, focusing on thedevelopment of brand strategy, product strategy, channel strategy and service strategy as wellas talent strategy. Finally, by optimizing the organizational structure, strengthen thecompany’s institutional construction, strengthen the company’s information construction,improve enterprise management innovation capacity to safeguard the company’s developmentstrategy for the smooth implementation of some recommendations.
