In21st century，with the arrival of knowledge economy.Any orgnization which wantsto obtain a position in the fierce competition market environment and technologicalinnovation,to keep the core competitiveness is the determinants. And the harmoniousorganizational citizenship behavior is necessary to keep the core competitiveness for theenterprises. There is no doubt that knowledge workers are the key to win in the market.Knowledge workers are the major groups to perform and guide well organizationalcitizenship behavior because they have a lot of knowledge, expertise and skill. How topromote knowledge workers to play organizational citizenship behavior actively hasbecome an important question to be solved for the enterprise’s managers.Organizational identification is the staff awareness, attribution attachment andevaluation of the organization,and it break the boundaries of organization’s regulationsfrom the perspective of emotion, and job satisfaction is also increasingly being valued bythe modern enterprise.Much research show that organizational citizenship behavior is animportant outcome variable of organizational identification and job satisfaction, andorganizational identification and job satisfaction are also intrinsic influence factors oforganizational citizenship behavior. So, the paper wants to research the mechanism oforganizational identification influence organizational citizenship behavior throughchanging the level of job satisfaction. And hope that the research will be valueable topromote organizational citizenship behavior of knowledge workers for the managementpractices.The paper first reviewed the theory of knowledge worker’s organizationalidentification, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior,clarifiedorganizational identification, job satisfaction and the each dimensions of organizationalcitizenship behavior, and proposed the paper’s framework and build the model. Throughthe investigation and statistical analysis, the paper found four conclusions:(1) Knowledge worker’s various dimensions of organizational identification have apartly significantly positive impact on theorganizational citizenship behavior. The highercognitive organizational identification and affective organizational identification, the more organizational citizenship behavior.Evaluative organizational identification has nosignificant effect on organizational citizenship behavior.Enhance organizationalidentification can achieve harmony organizational citizenship behavior.(2)Knowledge worker’s job satisfaction organizational and organizational citizenshipbehavior has a significantly positive impact. Improve job satisfaction can achieve harmonyorganizational citizenship behavior.(3)Knowledge worker’s organizational identification with job satisfaction has a partlysignificantly positive impact. Enhance organizational identification can achievejobsatisfaction.(4)Knowledgeworker’s job satisfaction is the mediating variables of organizationalidentification and organizational citizenship behavior. Knowledgeworker’s organizationalidentification has a significantly positive impact on organizational citizenship behaviorthrough job satisfaction.Through job satisfaction, the impact of organizationalidentification on organizational citizenship behaviorcan be better.The innovation of the paper is mainly reflected in three aspects:Fistly,Job satisfactionis viewed as an mediating variable to explore the relationship between knowledgeworker’sorganizational identification and organizational citizenship behavior.Secondly,exploredknowledge worker’s organizational identification positive impact on job satisfaction,enriched the influencing factors of job satisfaction for enterprises to improve employee jobsatisfaction level and provided valuable ideas. Thirdly,reseached the mechanism ofChinese knowledge worker’s organizational identification affect organizational citizenshipbehavior and increased relevant theoretical that knowledge worker and organizationalcitizenship behavior with practical innovation.
