With the development of economic globalization, the pressure that China’s securities industry facing becoming more and more. As one of knowledge-intensive industries, the level of the professionals is the key factor for securities industry to form its core competitiveness and continue to maintain. Therefore, the securities industry professionals training management problem has become a key link in the process of human resources management.Based on the study of relevant domestic and foreign enterprise employee training theory, on the basis of existing hengtai securities company employee training status made a detailed investigation. Aiming at the existing problems of training and the situation faced by the company carefully analyzed the hengtai securities company staffs knowledge and ability demand, closely around the company human resource strategic planning is put forward, to create a learning-oriented company environment goals. At the same time, the analysis is carried out for the company training needs, select the appropriate training methods according to the analysis result, the reasonable design of training content, evaluation of training effect and so on detailed regulations, so as to help build a well-functioning modular training system.First, this paper study hengtai securities companies with the current situation of staff training system, through research and analysis about the present situation of the training management, found the training planning system such as training system system and the contents of the training subject not clear, the training is not science, training results using inadequate, training feedback mechanism is not sound and so on. In order to further improve hengtai securities company staff training management, staff motivation and creativity, improve enterprise performance, need to think deeply about how to design the company based on the enterprise training status quo of the modular training system.Secondly, on the basis of the above analysis, this paper further analysis demonstrates the company training system to establish goals, principles and concrete scheme, and with a learning environment as the background, the company set up a securities company and employees learn the structure of training the talent they need structure. Through different training needs and training for employees at all levels of the target, different training content design, using different training methods, formed the modular training system in the true sense, truly the targeted training, improve the training effect, has been clear about the training goal, integrate the existing corporate training resources, save training costs, have received very good results.Finally, to evaluate the effect of staff training system. Content mainly includes four aspects, respectively is the reaction of the students, learning, student behavior change, training effect, which represents the reaction layer, learning layer, behavior layer and performance from four aspects.In this paper, the literature sorting method is used in the process of research, in-depth interview method, questionnaire survey and work analysis and other research methods, according to data collected by the specific training needs analysis work seriously, it is concluded that the design of a modular training system, which is the innovation of this article. The article will hengtai securities company personnel of all levels in accordance with the requirements, divided into modular training, hope to be able to achieve targeted and purposeful training effect, don’t let into formal training.
