Study on the Job Satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior Impact on Job Performance in Enterprise

With the further development of market economy, our country engineeringcompanies such as Real Estate Company, the construction units, investmentmanagement companies are facing increasingly severe competitive environment.Enterprises want to survive in the fierce market competition and development, theymust fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of employees, which makes them dotheir job in the enterprise in accordance with the established requirements at the sametime, more is needed to play the subjective initiative, make a positive behavior toimprove organizational effectiveness, receive higher performance, and promote therealization of organization goal. But with the marketization in China graduallyexpansion, the phenomenon of the relationship between organizational citizenshipbehavior and job performance, job satisfaction in the field of engineering enterprisesis more and more significant. The purpose of this study is to through the empiricalresearch on engineering enterprises, research and analysis of the relationship betweenjob satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior impact on job performance, andthe innovation in organizational citizenship behavior as the intermediary variable tostudy the influence of job satisfaction on job performance.This paper constructs an effect model of job satisfaction and organizationalcitizenship behavior on job performance. Questionnaire surveys in thirteen relatedenterprises are made. Uusing statistical analysis, validity testing, reliability testing,structural equation modeling and other methods according to the results of thequestionnaire, the following conclusions are obtained:1)The effect of job satisfactionon job performance is positive;2)The effect of organizational citizenship behavior onjob performance is positive;3)Organizational citizenship behavior plays anintermediary role between job satisfaction and job performance.Finally, according to the results of empirical analysis, this paper discusses theresearch model practical significance from the enterprise management system, salarymanagement system, job promotion and other aspects, and puts forward the prospectof this research.
