396enterprise junior staffs were selected as the research’s objects, and "Enterprise employees work stress scale","Chinese organizational citizenship behavior scale","Perceived organizational support scale" and" Resilience scale" were used as research’s tools to measure the level of enterprise junior staffs’ work stress, organizational citizenship behavior, perceived organizational support and resilience, and also to discuss the relations among them. The enterprise employees work stress scale includes work load, leadership conflict, the company management, colleagues conflict and stress response; The organizational citizenship behavior scale includes company identity, colleagues altruistic behavior, personal initiative, interpersonal coordination and protect the company resources; The perceived organizational support scale includes work support, employee value identity and care about interests; The resilience scale includes personal ability, social ability, family harmony degree, social support and personal organization. AMOS17.0was used to test each scale’s structure validity, and SPSS16.0was used for hierarchical regression analysis.The results of the study show that:(1) There was significant negative correlation between junior staffs’work stress and organizational citizenship behavior, and perceived organizational support was the mediator role of the relationship;(2) Work support, employee value identity, care about the interests were the mediator role between the company management and organizational identification; Work support was the mediator role between work load and organizational identity;(3)The individual ability, family harmony degree, social support were the moderate role of the mediator effect;(4)The family harmony degree, social support were the moderate role of the mediator effect;
