The competition of human resources is directly related to the survival anddevelopment of enterprises, also as be the foundation and an important source ofcompetitive advantage of the core competitiveness of enterprises. Under the economicglobalization increasingly complex world economic environment, the marketcompetition has boundary changed, enterprises have to adjust and optimize theexisting human resources management system, can deal with unknown challengefaced.With the rapid development of the telecommunications industry technology andmarket, especially the mobile Internet technology make a spurt of progress, China’stelecom industry is in strategic transition critical, telecom enterprises need accordingto the change of market, technology and policy, continuously to adjust itsdevelopment strategy, optimize the management processes and organizationalstructure, especially the human resource management system, to form the company’score competitive advantage, enable enterprises to maintain sustainable growth anddevelopment ability and power.China Unicom G Province branch was established relatively late in ChinaUnicom, but the starting point of human resources management system is higher, thetelecom operators is the earliest human resources system, new method of carrying outa series of human resource management, has a great influence on the development ofthe human resource management system of the telecommunications industry in theprovince. In this paper, according to the modern human resources management theory,on the basis of analyzing the basic situation of China Unicom G Province, analyzesthe status of China Unicom G Province branch human resource management systemof the company and the existing problems, and puts forward the optimization plan,China Unicom G human resources management system, the implementation of thepath and safeguard measures, in order to through the optimization of human resourcesmanagement system to enhance the China Unicom G Province branch human resourcemanagement level and core competitiveness, ensure sustainable, healthy development.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, describesthe research background, research review, research content, research methods andresearch innovation; the second part analyzes the current situation of China Unicom Ghuman resources management system, the province and the existing problems; thethird part puts forward the basic train of thought of China Unicom G company humanresources management system optimization by province; the fourth part of the ChinaUnicom G Province branch human resource management system is designed; the fifthpart proposed the safeguards of China Unicom G Province branch human resourcemanagement system.
