Research on Private Enterprise Employees Psychologica Contract Relashionship with Turnover Intention

Private enterprises is an important driving force for China’s economic development,the private enterprises’ high employee turnover rate, however, has become a stumblingblock to hinder its further development, as well as to promote China’s economic growth.Therefore, how to low the turnover rate for employees of private enterprises and how tokeep business healthy and sustainable development has become an urgent problem ofprivate enterprise managers. Private enterprises can not satisfy the employees’psychological contract is one of the main reasons.This research，on the basis of the theory and the status quo of the psychologicalcontract and turnover intention at home and abroad,and use the employees of privateenterprises which has a high turnover rate as an object of study. My production,distribution, recovery of the questionnaire based on previous scale. And analysis thesurvey data by using software SPSS. The main conclusions are as follows:First,the psychological contract scale and turnover intention scale which my articleused has good reliability and validity.Second, to do difference analysis by useing SPSS find that there are significantdifferences in turnover intention and overall turnover intention feelings with differentgender Employees of private enterprises，there are significant differences in the turnoverintention feelings of private enterprises in the marital status of employees,and there is asignificant difference in balance dimension feelings on in the different levels of educationof Employees private enterprises，There are no significant differences in the psychologicalcontract and leaving tendency overall its dimensions of the company employee in enteryour company’s time and the size s of private enterprises.Third, by using SPSS correlation analysis found that there is a significant negativecorrelation as a whole and its various dimensions and overall turnover intention in Thepsychological contract.Fourth,as a whole there is a linear relationship its various dimensions and overallturnover intention in psychological contract,and the negative impact on the overallintention,as a whole contract turnover psychological have a significant impact and highpredictive power of the overall turnover intention.Fifth, according to the research findings, several management recommendations canbe put forward:①help and pay attention to employees’ career planning and personalimprovement.②people-oriented corporate culture, consolidate employees’ psychologicalcontract.③Establish a fair and reasonable remuneration system.
