The study on the basis of theoretical research, analysis of the relevant researchof enterprise culture, and the use of SWOT analysis of Shaoxing Rongchengcompany is analyzed both internal and external, summarizes the problems in theaspects of corporate culture, and through the analysis and comparison of China GSgroup, the company’s corporate culture performance of Shaoxing Rongcheng is thereason of low performance levels, and has carried on the simple analysis, on thebasis of the implementation of the enterprise culture construction of ShaoxingRongcheng’s proposal, and to develop the implementation of the strategy.Theoretical studies sum up the impact of four levels: enterprise culture enterpriseoverall level, employee level, customer level and the social level, explains theimportant significance of enterprise culture construction. SWOT analysis of the useof inadequate analysis of Shaoxing Rongcheng company in the aspects ofcorporate culture, combined with the actual Shaoxing Rongcheng company, at thesame time, by using the method of analyzing importance of analysis andhierarchical combination, determine the evaluation of enterprise culture levelmodel, and using the model through the analysis and comparison of China GSgroup, quantitative analysis of reasons Shaoxing Rongcheng company culture levelis low, to provide the reference for the construction of enterprise culture ofShaoxing Rongcheng company.Result shows that the existence of Shaoxing Rongcheng company culture areas follows: the company management layers of understanding of enterprise cultureconstruction are relatively shallow, enforcement is not enough; some rules of thecompany can not meet the needs of employees, be promoted according to statusphenomenon; enterprise culture accumulation of real short, has not formed itsunique business culture; the role of corporate culture is not significant, the overalllevel of employees is not high. Compared with Chinese GS group, level ofenterprise culture performance of Shaoxing Rongcheng company is low, the enterprise culture construction for Shaoxing Rongcheng company’s significance.Shaoxing Rongcheng company should take the enterprise culture construction as along-term strategy for the implementation of enterprise culture construction, andmake the knowledge training, so that all staff understand the importance ofcorporate culture construction, and to establish and improve the leadership systemof enterprise culture construction, all the staff, effective integration of internal andexternal resources, to promote the implementation of enterprise cultureconstruction.
