With the accelerating pace of social development, and more and more competition from all kinds of work, more and more intense work pressure followed Burnout has become a common psychological problems. Burnout is not only which exist in a variety of career fields, but also apparent as early as age trend.80’s as China’s first generation of one-child groups, as in today’s society, the new force has begun the influx of social upheaval. Study on80’s groups burnout status and influencing factors and intervene proposal is particularly important. As the mainstay of sales within the enterprise sales staff is a special group, they have a very important role within the enterprise.They can create huge benefits for enterprises, and work pressure are often higher than other jobs. Based on this, the survey is80’s sales staff, to investigate the status of burnout and influencing factors, and try to provide management recommendations for managers.This study used questionnaires in Harbin City300randomly selected80sales staff survey found that:(1)80’s sales staff burnout overall at the middle level, which is most apparent emotional exhaustion;(2) Dimensions of emotional exhaustion, the male’s failure is higher than the female; personal accomplishment dimension, the sense of accomplishment of the men above women;(3) Marital status80’s sales personnel in the cynical dimension have a significant impact, significantly higher than the unmarried80’s salespeople degree of cynicism married;(4) Different levels of education of80’s sales staff, there are significant differences in the cynical dimension, the undergraduate education cynical higher than80’s sales staff of undergraduate and postgraduate education;(5)80’s sales industry employees working life and emotional exhaustion dimension has a significant relationship;(6) Different income of80’s sales staff, employees have significant differences in emotional exhaustion and cynicism dimensions;(7) Different ranks of80sales personnel in the dimension of personal accomplishment and cynicism were also significant differences;(8) Work and individual factors has a significant impact on the emotional exhaustion dimensions organizational factors has a significant impact on the cynical dimension, work and organizational factors have a significant impact of the dimensions of personal accomplishment.In response to this situation, the researchers from the organizational and individual perspective, a few recommendations for prevention, multi-pronged approach, the root causes to solve business problems in the management of80sales staff.
