Geta great deal of valid evaluation data, SPSS11.5software On this basis, the data wereanalyzed by regression analysis of the research work itself, work environment, theextent of the work of the three dimensions of return on employee job satisfaction,analysis of variance to verify a variety of demographic factors (such as age,education, jobs, etc.) the impact on job satisfaction, and obtained satisfactory results,and finally summarizes and analyzes the job satisfaction of influencing factors ofthe target company, and puts forward reform proposals.
