Since1980s, Hammer and other researchers have begun the study of the influences offamily caring policies on job satisfaction; the results have showed that the caring plan, such asprovide children care center, could ease the interferences between work and family, finallypromote the job satisfaction. After the announcement of this point of view, the influences offamily friendly program on job satisfaction have collected the attention of both academics andorganizations.This study takes the influences of family friendly program on job satisfaction as researchtopic, introduces work family enrichment as the mediator factor after searching. This studytakes questionnaires and statistical analysis as main method, deeply discusses therelationships between family friendly program and job satisfaction, analyzes the moderatoreffect of manager support between family friendly program and work family enrichment.Finally, this paper makes the following conclusions:1. Different personal background have different influences upon family friendlyprogram、work-family enrichment and job satisfaction.2. The family-friendly program and job satisfaction shows positive correlation.3. Work-family enrichment factor plays a mediator role between family friendly plansand job satisfaction.4. Manager support factor plays a moderate role between the family-friendly programsand work-family enrichment.From the practical perspective, this study helps employers play more attention at thework-family relationships of employees during the implementation of the family friendlyprogram.From the theoretical perspective, the main innovations of this study are as followings:this study adds new mediator factor in the research of impact path of the family friendlyprogram on job satisfaction; besides, this study adds new moderate factor of managers supportto study the impact path of the family friendly program to work family enrichment, whichmakes people understand the work family enrichment in an accurate and scientific way.
