Networked manufacture is a developing trend for manufacturing industry in21stCentury. With the market competition of globalization and diversification, shorter productlife cycles, and personalized market demand trend, it is difficult to grasp the marketopportunity relying solely on one company’s own strength. So the enterprises set updynamic alliances through the network technology. We must conduct a comprehensiveevaluation to the partner and choose the best enterprise to form networked manufacturingalliance, then restructure the internal resources to improve the ability to adapt market.This thesis studied the theoretical basis of alliance enterprises and their partnerselection under networked manufacturing environment, and presented three-stage methodof partner selection after the partner has been selected. A mathematical model about cellreconfiguration was provided. According to the domestic and foreign research of partnerselection, this thesis discusses the life cycle of partners and summarizes the basic principleof partner selection and presents a complete evaluation index system of partner selection.The common method of partner selection was analyzed and a method of partner selectionwas summarized by using the improved AHP. This method is divided into3steps：firstly,qualification examing, then, preliminary sorting, thirdly, preliminary sorting. It retains theadvantages of AHP and overcomes its shortcomings. Under the environment of networkedmanufacturing, the alliance enterprise will encounter problems during the actual operation.Using the theory of cell reconfiguration, resources were reorganized. At last, mathematicalmodel about cell reconfiguration is given.The research of this thesis has no complex calculations which could be learnt easilyby ordinary administrative staff, so it can be used practically and extensively.
