After more than twenty years’advancement, futures market in China has already taken shape, especially in recent years developed rapidly. Futures market has got a highly boom, however, at the same time, futures companies have accelerated the pace of expansion, which led to the deterioration of the operating environment of the futures market and fiercer competition. With the transformation of China’s economy from quantity to quality, from the extensive to the refinement, China’s futures industry also faces problems of development and transformation.As front-line business units, futures companies" business department is the grassroots organization of futures company, the perpetrators of the futures companies from operating activities, and also the major provider of brokerage business income. The operating conditions of the futures business is directly related to the survival and development of the futures company. To improve the business department, the research of marketing model is very necessary.Faced to the main task of expanding the market and developing customer, most of the futures business marketing models were easy and extensive, and not formed the operating characteristics of the business department marketing model. How to enhance the futures business management level, transform the business management thoughts, and improve the level of marketing, is an important topic placed in front of many futures business. Along with China’s financial industry accelerating the pace of opening up. the solution that how the China’s futures business adapt to the new-situation, and strengthen the research of marketing model has great significance on enhancing the internal strength, enhancing their management level, improving market competitiveness, and further enhancing China’s futures market position in the international futures market.According to the materials of management of futures business departments. combined with nearly20years futures practitioner experience, on the basis of deep understanding of futures industry, I used the relevant modern marketing theories to analyse and study the operating difficulties of the futures business departments, and proposed the solutions and views. The study has integrated basic theory, literature reading, case studies, lessons learned and other research methods to form the personal opinions and conlusions of the futures business marketing model in the aspects of management philosophy, marketing ideas, measures, and security system. Because of lacking domestic futures business marketing model research, the futures business department is urgently need for relevant theoretical research to guide the actual operation of the business department, in order to break the current predicament of the futures business department. I hope to be able to make reference to the relevant research of futures business department.
