Enterprise reference model which is the standardization of the business processin the field, represents the specific content of a particular business. Since it cancreate enterprises’ own business processes, shorten the modeling period, reduce theloss of cost and improve enterprise competitive power. With the rapid developmentof the enterprise information construction, puts forward higher requirements onbusiness process reference model, and caused everyone to the study of enterprisereference model and modeling method. However, in practice, the reason that theenterprises often abandon using it for questioning about its structural rationality andfeasibility or the reason of its own hysteresis quality builds the phenomenon of itslow use rate now. But enterprise reference model of quality is the foundation of theenterprise to create reasonable business process model, the accuracy of itsstructuring is the core to comprehensively improve the quality of the businessprocess model. The business process reference model of the construction of theresearch to the enterprise business process validation has important significance.The text, with the research background of the OKP enterprise and the modelingmethod of event-driven process chain (EPC for short),and seven managementfunctions24items in manufacturing enterprise management process of the businessprocess reference model for the object.1) Reference model validation. Based on relevant theoretical knowledge.24items in manufacturing enterprise management process are validated by theworkflow analysis software.At the last, reference model errors are obtained.2)Reference model validation results analysis. Summary all the error messagesand combined with the information reference model, from the quantitative point ofview, analysis of the reference model common error types.3) Reference model error handling and revalidation. According to referencemodel error messages, make corresponding solutions, and the second validation toensure that the structure was reasonable.It shows us a more convincing reference model by combining practical one withthe theoretical validation methods to promote the reliability and utilization of thereference model.
