In response to the challenges of globalization, and enhance their core competitiveness, many enterprises will be facilities management(FM) as a non core business outsourcing. Many domestic FM companies are subject to hum an resources(HR) management, lack of competitiveness. Performance Manage ment is a modern enterprise HR management regime. In the field of FM serv ices, performance management and evaluationare almost a new topic. At the same time, the project team is widely used inmany industries,because it has efficient, flexible and other advantages. This paper were studied in facilities management professional project management team performance.There are a variety of domestic and foreign scholars, the theoretical basis of performance management and assessment methods, as the business team within the organization gradually to form the transition, while there are many properties with the team’s performance theory and assessment methods. In this paper, based on the theory, combined with the XY Company’s status on the company’s performance management within the project team to the next step of the analysis.In this paper, XY Company’s existing project team launched a performa nce management program analysis, we found a company project team management and humanresource management problems, and use it as background for the facility managementbusiness performance management project team conducted a useful exploration. This paper presents a number of specific improvements in the methods to achieve a combination of theory and practice of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of combined design and scientific performance management program and begin pilot implementation. Achieved in the implementation of certain results, but also found some problems and shortcomings. This is the author of the study team, the starting point for performance management, but also on the shortcomings of this research and explore the next step.
