The requirements to wealth management have been gradually improved=As the bank’s high-level finance premium service if customer, the development of private banks is imperative. However, private banks as bank business with a high requirement of profession level exist in Europe and the U. S. for a long time, which also develop a complete set of system. While in China, for the professional of relevant workers and business lines are relative single and the low cognition from the current acceptance of market, our private banks business is in a certain developing condition. The research of this paper based on the relevant documents and information of the current. By collecting, tiding and reading a large number of documents, meanwhile, focusing on the development situation of our private banks and researching on the business marketing and enterprises, and combining with the work experience, all of these formed the paper’s frame. The structures of this paper as follows:first of all. deeply understanding the development situation of international private banks. Second, summarizing.and concluding, according to the domestic market situation, to realize theoretical resources integration and to discard the dross and select the essential. Finally, focus on existing problems of the practical work that is to locate the developing private banks’business of our commercial banks and to study the development direction and to plan and settle the business’s contents. This paper mainly applied the quantitative method, qualitative method, observation method, method of research documents, method of experience summary, method of descriptive study, normative study method and other methods to do the theoretical research on domestic and foreign private banks, which can further clarify the context and do the theory precipitation to find out the ways of our private banks" development and to give practical guiding function to the private banks. Apply the relevant advanced experience to the practical work can work better and define development.
