With the vigorous development of information technology and knowledge economy, there have enormous changes in external environment around the world.With "the customer, Competition, Change"(3C) as the main characteristics of the representative of the enterprise new pattern is forming. As the market is change by the buyer to sell, the product life cycle shorten, growing enterprise risk, so the traditional management pattern has not adapted to the development of the times. Also, commercial banks as a financial enterprise, the management method and management pattern has not adapt to the environment of economic development, state-owned banks are facing more and more severe challenges. With the development of economic globalization trend, research and development and creating demand for new financial products are based on the capital market, especially with the increasingly fierce momentum of growth capital requirements, the function of securities market increasingly powerful, but the banking sector as the role of the media gradually atrophic, financial disintermediation phenomenon increasingly prominent,the marketization of interest rate speeds up. As commercial banks, in addition to customers, products, business, basic management at the grass-roots level, operational efficiency and operation quality will also become commercial banks remain competitive in an invincible position in the strong protection.Due to customer demand changes constantly, the kinds of financial products is becoming more and more various, and the width and the depth gradually expand, in view of the customers personalized and specialized services will be more and more manifold, the quality will become higher. Then, the financial cost of commercial banks following it will gradually increase, the risk types will be more and more, the risk also will be more and more difficult to control. Commercial banks originally distributed business model is not conducive to risk management and control, the operation mode of the traditional is no longer adapt to the needs of business development, its defects become more and more obvious:Customer information is scattered in all levels, can’t be shared, scale effect can’t reveal; Business spread to the customer to accept the decentralized operation service standards are different, there is big difference in some places. Business operations and customer service function intersect, easily to either ignore the service or operation efficiency is low. Compared with domestic and foreign advanced bank, the business and management innovation of The Agricultural Bank of China can not keep up with changes in the market, at the grass-roots level and the basic management work remains to be strengthened, operating management foundation is weak, There is a certain distance between first-class commercial bank and The Agricultural Bank of China. Aiming at these problems, The Agricultural Bank of China need to deepen the reform of the operating system, Under this backgrounds, researching the centralized backstage operation of Agricultural Bank of China co., LTD., Anhui Branch is meaningful.This paper includes five parts. The first part is the introduction, mainly introduced the researching background, the objective and researching methods, concluded main viewpoints from domestic and foreign scholars, at the meantime, pointed out the thinking, methods and creative part of this paper. The second part is the relative basic theory, introduced the concepts and development trends of operational management for commercial banks, and extended to the explanation of centralized backstage operation pattern. The third part is a brief introduction of the general situation of Bank of Agricultural, Anhui branch, described the development process of operation management, analyzed the current problems for its operation management pattern. The fourth part described the contents and characteristics of the construction of centralized backstage operation pattern, raised up the advantages of this pattern, and discussed how to control risks. The fifth part clarified the implemental methods for centralized backstage operation management pattern, demonstrated the implement achievments, and proposed advice for this pattern.In this paper, we study the anhui agricultural bank background concentration operation mode is advanced Banks at home and abroad is relatively mature, the operation mode of the advanced theoretically. The innovation of this article is that the "three concentration" theoretical model proposed in this paper to the existing commercial Banks operation theory in the background of the great added.This paper adopted literature research method, case study analysis and the combination of theory and practice to conduct the research for centralized backstage operation management in Bank of Agricultural, Anhui branch. Put emphasis on operation management, operation structure, operation pattern for commercial banks, and employed literature research methods to collect results about theory and practice from domestic and foreign countries. Meanwhile, the case study analysis about backstage operation pattern in Bank of Agricultural, Anhui branch provides strong support for the research results of this paper.
