As complementary financing channels, micro finance brings hope to small andmicro enterprises and individuals; therefore it flourishes throughout the country. Butas its development prospects becomes clearer, it also begins a lot of problems, such ascomplicated loan process leading to significantly delay the time limit of the customerto obtain loans, lack of customer assessment information resulting in customerevaluation difficulties. So build an efficient, fast, convenient e-commercemanagement platform for micro credit loans and repayment to improve the workefficiency has a pivotal role.The dissertation relies on Hunan Rural Credit Cooperatives micro financee-commerce management platform design project, comparing analysis of traditionaland new credit business system mode, based on the objectives and principles of theimplementation of the e-commerce platform in Hunan Rural Credit Cooperativesmicro finance, punting forward micro credit e-commerce management platform designideas, and researching and metanalysis related technologies involved. Then mainmodules of micro credit e-commerce platform has been designed, including the basicstructure of the main modules, interface modules, system management module, theday-before the day-end module, client management module and business managementmodule. At the mean time, micro credit e-commerce management platform has beendesigned and implemented on the windows platform based on Struts, Hibernate,Spring framework technologies. The micro credit e-commerce management platformaccesses through internet channels, plays a very good to expand the role of the newcredit business system model, has good scalability and stability. Next, through themodule mobilization testing, transaction testing and stress testing of the micro-credite-commerce management platform, the test results show that the platform tablestructure is reasonable, system architecture is in line with modern software systemarchitecture development trends and can stably extension; optional software andhardware is very reasonable, can best meet the business development needs of therural credit cooperatives. Finally, the dissertation makes further improvementsoutlook.
