As everyone knows, improving production efficiency and performance must payattention to the two important indicators: quality and time. But how to reduce cost andimprove speed as well as to improve the quality of products and service is concerned. TheLean Six Sigma Theory, that is integration of two effective theory results of "lean production"and "Six Sigma", on talent shows itself. Enterprises, experts and scholars focus at this stage ofthe problem: How to apply Lean Six Sigma to improve production efficiency, improve themanagement level, eliminate waste, improve quality and enhance core competitiveness. Basedon the in-depth study of Lean Six Sigma theory, combined with the specific case, analyzed themight-be encountered issues during the implementation of Lean Six Sigma, Six Sigmaimprovement operation mode is presented. To provide some references for those who areimplementing or will promote Lean Six Sigma business, more enterprises used Lean SixSigma management method within the industry benefit from the improvement of the skilleduse.Firstly, introducing the research background and general route, discussing the contentsand methods of The Lean Six Sigma Management Theory and the lean production, theadvantages of two issues are integrated. Secondly, through introducing the research object,namely the production system of AMG900motor shaft, the specific problems to be researchedare put forward. Making value flow analysis for object, the bottleneck process is found out.Finally, with the improvement of the bottleneck of Lean Six Sigma, pull Kanban system is setup and formed a standard procedure. Then the production system improved is simulated withthe use of the Witness software. Compared with the existing mode of production, theeffectiveness of the improved system is verified.
