It is an effective approach with controlling or making use of the vortex in the cascade to improve the aerodynamic performance. In the cascades existing the flow separation phenomenon, so according to the mechanism of flow separation ,the flow separation research and controlling will not only enlarge the stability, but also decrease the lost. So it is very important.In this dissertation it mostly researches the application of the boundary layer with blow in the cascades. Firstly, the cascade blade is designed and selected for a specific static pressure distribution both on the pressure surface and on the suction surface, and the blade profile is designed and optimized. At the basement of the original blade design, the blades with split are designed. Based on the flow separation in the two-dimensional compressor cascade, Meantime, with the results of the numerical simulation the shape of the cascades split are researched and analysised in the dissertation, the same time based on the research ,the principle of the cascade with split are founded primarily.Secondly, the large turning cascade with 68 degree turning angle is researched. Based on the flow line on the blade with the numerical simulation, the dissertation analysis the topology of the original cascade and the cascade with split, sequentially, brings out the revelation of the boundary layer with blow and suction to enlarge the stability and increase the aerodynamic performance. Based on the analysis, the infection of incidence in the cascade with split to the aerodynamic performance is also researched, Including the stability, the lost, and the control of flow separation through the analysis of different project. The results show that while the original cascade presents a unsymmetrical vortex structure the cascade with split can keep a symmetrical vortex structure. It proves that the cascade with split could increase the capacity of resisting flow separation, and enlarge the stability, decrease the lost.At last, through the research of the flow in the rectangular cascade, the application of the cascade with split in the annular stator cascade is researched. Based on the research of the rectangular cascade, two different structures are designed and studied, including the perpendicular and horizontal inject slots. Through the numerical simulation of the two approaches, from results of the contrasting analysis, it can decrease the intense flow separation of three-dimensional on the suction with using the annual stator cascade with split, the capacity of turning and the through-flow capacity and meanwhile improves the aerodynamic performance and the stability.
